The results are in for day 3. Nick and Ben both completed the day in 9hrs 2mins 40secs with their highest ranking so far - fantastic! It looks like the temperatures were extremely high - 48 degrees at 12:30 pm. It is hard to imagine what it might feel like and how it is possible to move in that level of heat! The going was also very tough with many sets of dunes and rocky mountain terrain.
Hopefully they are now recovering from this long slog and can prepare for tomorrow.. the long day....
