Just a quick post after getting back from gym before Claire and I head to Norfolk for a couple of days to try and forget all about the MDS!
The cold weather this week hasn't impacted our training as its all been done indoors on treadmills and fully kitted. After 45minutes-1hour mostly running, it's off the sauna for 15 mins to try and raise our core body temperature.
Easter Monday is looking like our final run and sauna before we head out next Thursday.
